Entrance requirements for the Diploma Course are a UACE Certificate with at least one principal pass, or a Certificate in Catering and Accommodation Management.
Entrance requirements for the Certificate Course are UCE Certificate with at least 5 passes obtained, two of which must be in Mathematics and English Language.
Funding
Pearlcrest provides educational services at subsidized costs and targets mainly young women who have a keen interest in Hotel and Hospitality Management but are unable to continue with further studies due to financial constraints.

Course Content
Certificate In Catering And Accommodation Operations (CCAO)
This is a two-year programme that provides students with technical and specialised professional skills to operate in several departments of a hotel like food and beverage service, food production, and rooms. Practical skills are especially emphasised while developing a range of personal qualities and attributes essential in the hospitality industry.
Entry Requirements:
- UCE Certificate with at least 5 passes obtained at the same sitting two of which must be in Mathematics and English Language.

Diploma In Catering And Hospitality Management (DCHM)
This is a two-year course designed to equip each young woman training at Pearlcrest with the knowledge, skills and attitude that will enable her to perform managerial duties in hospitality and accommodation establishments.
Entry Requirements:
- UACE Certificate with at least one principal pass and two subsidiaries obtained at the same sitting
or
- A certificate in Hospitality from a recognized institution
